Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks
Plan and schedule appointments, and other office-related events
Answer phones in a professional manner and take detailed messages
correspondence and prepare outgoing emails and messages

Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma
2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
Fast, proficient, and accurate computer skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-starter who works well independently
Outstanding professional demeanor and presentation
