About the Role
Our automotive client is looking to hire a Fulfillment Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible and expected to be a customer-centric, sales facilitation, order fulfillment professional.
Additional responsibilities includes:
In-Field Service: Vendor-Managed Inventory Coordination; Order-Processing; Delivery and Put-Away
Assisting with Warehouse Operations as required: Receiving; Pick-Pack; Delivery Routing; Inventory Control and Housekeeping Customer Service: Responding to Phone and Email Inquiries; OrderTaking; Order Processing; Assisting and supporting Branch and Customer business operations
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and applicable government regulations
Proficiently participate in all aspects of customer service to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction to business objective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Will train Fulfillment Service Representatives with experience and/or interest in: Inventory Control; Purchasing; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Paint Mixing; Colour Tool Maintenance; InField Customer Vendor Managed Inventory; Sales Support; and/or Route Sales activities
Expected to work safely, diligently, efficiently, effectively. • Actively participate in safety meetings and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Professional, Positive, Determined, Customer-Centric, Hands-On, Can-Do Attitude
Experience and success in a distribution business environment
Excellence in organization, time management and communication skills
Forklift Experience with active license preferred. Will train for specific Branch Lift Equipment
Valid and Current ‘G’ License and Clean Driver’s Abstract
Practical working knowledge of WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) mandatory
Physically capable: Ability to Lift 50lbs.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines
