About the Role

Our real estate client is looking for responsile and mature Administrative/ Receptionist to perform a variety of administration and clerical tasks. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Greeting vistiors and answering phones

  • Processing real estate deal transactions using the accounting system

  • Managing and verifiying all paperwork associated with the sale and listing of a property

  • Auditing documentation received for accuracy

  • Reviewing all submitted paperwork, ensuring completeness

  • Communicating with the agents and lawyers to complete files

  • Reporting sales to the real estate board

  • Social Media marketing

  • Ensuring office supplies are ordered

  • Other addministrative duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Completed Secondary/ High School diploma

  • 1 year minimum experience as Administrative Assistant (required)

  • 1 year experience in Real Estate administrative (preferred)

  • Creative & Tech-Savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use sound judgment

  • Excellent in data entry and attention to detail

  • Results-driven with superior multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
