About the Role

General Duties:

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledgers

  • Support month-end and year end processes

  • Invoicing

  • Maintain spreadsheets and schedules for analysis

  • Perform clerical and administrative support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral

  • Ability to prioritize and manage a constantly fluctuating workload with capability of adhering to strict deadlines

  • Ability to hand sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Completed a Business Administration or Accounting Program
